Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with warm hospitality and a super central location in Hanoi. The rooms were clean and reasonably comfy, though a bit small. The service was excellent, but the Wi-Fi could be better. Overall, the value for money was great, especially with the helpful travel desk for tours and the enjoyable spa, despite a bit of a firm massage experience.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which was a great value for money. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the old quarter, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. However, there were some issues with cleanliness in my room, which made my experience less than ideal.
I had an overall decent stay at this hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter. The location is really central, making it easy to explore the area, and while the staff genuinely tried to be helpful, there were a few service hiccups that affected my experience. The rooms are a bit small, especially without windows, but they were comfortable enough for a short stay.
I recently had a wonderful experience at this hotel while exploring North Vietnam. The hospitality was exceptional, particularly from Hai, who made my arrival special with a warm welcome. While the room was slightly small and had a firm bed, it was clean and tidy. The location was super convenient for exploring Hanoi. However, I did notice a bit of an odor in the hallway initially, but that was quickly addressed. Overall, it was a great value for the money, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy the local culture.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, from the warm welcome with drinks and snacks to the attentive staff who really made my stay memorable. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi, with plenty of attractions nearby. However, the room was a bit small and the bed was firmer than I prefer, but these were minor issues compared to the wonderful hospitality and affordable tours offered. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and budget-friendly stay.
